Recorded on December 15, TuneCore CEO Jeff Price discusses his glass half-full perspective on the music industry, the six rights of an artist, responds to live chat questions and comments from the blog, and discusses band agreements with guest Nate Martinez.
Nate distributes his band Thieving Irons through TuneCore. He performs a non-album track, "Gentle Hands," live for us.

I can't thank you enough for what you have done here! TuneCore is the avenue that everyone should take. I have achieved what most people believe takes a record label to accomplish, and I have done it all from my studio!! Thank you for this wonderful invention! I'm so glad to be able to share my music with you, and the world through you! -Kilpanda-

I have not much to say but Thank You!
TuneCore is the way for all musicians that want to get ahead in this fantastic Now!
I have 4 CDs with you and I have not make a ton of money yet but I have an exposure I never dream. Mostly when you do not have experince in the music industry and distribution.

Yeah, BUT - if the world was covered by Wal*Marts, it'd be pretty difficult to find yourself a decent pair of shoes.
